The resort is arranged on the hillside and features 274 guest rooms arranged in two areas, the Colonna Village and the Beach Hotel.  There is a free shuttle between the main reception to the Beach Hotel (approximately 500m).  The rooms all have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, minibar and most have a terrace/balcony:

Colonna Village
Classic Room(20m ² , sleeping up to 4 + cot) these rooms can be a double sleeping 2, triple sleeping 3, quadruple sleeping 4 or triple/quadruple with sofa bunk beds (sleeping 2 adults + 1 child 3-11 years or 2 adults + 2 children 3-11 years). All rooms have a furnished balcony (except quadruples which have a french balcony).

Classic Family Room(40m ² , sleeping up 5 + cot) 2 rooms connected via an external door, each with en suite shower room and can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children 3-11 years or 4 adults + 1 child 3-11 years.

Premium Room(20m ² , sleeping up to 3) similar to the Classic rooms with a furnished balcony overlooking the sea. These can be double rooms (sleeping 2 + cot) or triple rooms (sleeping 3).

Beach Hotel 
Located closer to the beach with its own reception (in high season only).  Most rooms have balcony with or without sea view, mini fridge with beverages included (not restocking), coffee/tea maker, daily change of beach towels (on request), courtesy set, turndown service and 20% discount on beauty treatments.

Deluxe Rooms(22m ² , sleeping up 4) double, triple (2 adults + 1 child 3-11 years) or Quadruple (sleeping up to 4), some with sea view (supplement) and reserved table at Bellevue restaurant with water included (soft drinks, draught beer, local wine from a dispenser extra cost) and 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol reserved in first or second row at the beach.

The resort has two restaurants: 
Sos Aranzos(for Classic and Premium rooms) is the main restaurant and offers buffet style service with water and house wine from a dispenser included at meals. The buffets cater for those with food intolerance and include basic gluten free products (bread, pasta, cookies and biscuits, cakes). Tavolara terrace is for Deluxe rooms with reserved table for buffet lunch and dinner, water and house wine from a dispenser included.

Bellevue Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast for Deluxe rooms and an à la carte dinner menu (open at managment's discretion, reservation required), €10pp supplement (including children over 3 years) for all rooms except Deluxe rooms which have the Bellevue restaurant included with water included (soft drinks, draught beer, local wine and mineral water extra cost).

Bellevue Bar(open 10:30am - midnight) serves a selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and cocktails (extra cost, no all-inclusive drinks), tasty snacks and light lunches (extra cost, on reservation). The  Pool Bar  (15/06-15/09 open 10am-1pm and 3:30-6:30pm) and VOI Village Bar  (8am-midnight) serves the all-inclusive drinks.  Light lunches, cold meals, sandwiches and snacks can be ordered at the bar and served directly on the beach (some items are included for guests on full board or all inclusive, extra cost for those on half board). 

Half Board includes breakfast and dinner with water, soft drinks, beer and house wine from a dispenser at meal times (excluding Bellevue Restaurant).
All Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks, mineral water, house wine from dispenser and draught beer during meal times (excluding Bellevue Restaurant) plus an open bar from 10am – midnight including soft drinks, mineral water, juices, draught beer, wine, tea, coffee, local liqueurs, spirits and alcoholic cocktails (excluding international brands, ice creams and all beverages in a bottle), ‘sweet and savoury corners’ twice a day. The all inclusive formula will be served as at VOI Village bar (8am-midnight) and at the Pool Bar (10am–1pm and 3:30–6:30pm).

There are 2 freshwater pools, one for relaxation and the other with soft entertainments, both with terrace and sun loungers and parasols.

The resort is arranged on the hillside with a beautiful white sand beach at the bottom of the hill with clear sea ideal for swimming and snorkelling, sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability, included from third row) and wonderful views across the gulf to Isola Tavolara. There is a free shuttle service from the resort to the beach continuously from 8am to 11pm. Beach towels are available (deposit €10 per towel and €2 per change).

There are beauty treatments and massages available (extra cost) along with boutique, open air theatre, excursions, unattended parking and WiFi in the common areas. A scheduled internal medical service is available (please see restricted dates in resort).

The resort offers a weekly programme of excursions including boat trips to the islands and trips to Porto Cervo, the Costa Smeralda and Corsica (all extra cost).

During the day many sports activities and tournaments take place including football on an astro turf pitch, fitness, soft gym, aqua aerobics, aerobic training and stretching, Pilates and yoga. There are 2 synthetic tennis courts for free play and tournaments and 2 Padel courts. 

On the beach, canoes are available (free of charge). 

From 31/05-28/09 the entertainment team will organise international dancing, musical and cabaret shows in the open-air theatre with sea views, parties and live music nights.

 

Voi4Family (open 31/05-21/09) is a small village dedicated to families with areas and equipment specifically designed for children with comfort and safety. The children’s clubs offer activities for all ages including sports, creative activities and games, assisted by a professional team of staff. There are specific children's menu’s in the restaurant.

Voila Baby Club(0-2 years €25 per infant per day 31/05-14/06 and 17/08-21/09, €30 from 15/06-16/08, on request, paid locally)

Situated 14km north of Olbia airport on the Golfo Aranci peninsular between Pittalongu and the town of Golf Aranci with a spectacular coastline with numerous white sand coves and beaches and amazing views of Isola Tavolara.  The surrounding area offers a wide choice of beautiful white sandy beaches such as Cala Moresca, Marinella, Cala Sabina, Bados, Cala Greca and Portisco. From the resort there are magnificent views over the Gulf of Olbia to the dramatic Isola Tavolara beyond.

The small town of Golfo Aranci has a small selection of shops, café bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There is a fisherman's port and fish market and Golfo Aranci is home to the Bottlenose Dolphin Research Institute (dolphin watching excursions available). 

The resort is a 16km scenic drive from both the prestigious marina development of Porto Rotondo with a selection of designer boutiques, stylish cafe bars and restaurants set around the pontoons and 32km from Porto Cervo in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, with beautiful beaches and emerald sea for which Sardinia is renowned.
