The resort is arranged on the hillside and features 270 guest rooms arranged in two areas, the Colonna Village and the Beach Hotel.  There is a free shuttle between the main reception to the Beach Hotel (approximately 500m).  The rooms all have an en suite shower room, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, minibar and most have a terrace/balcony:

Colonna Village
Classic Room these rooms can be a Double (17m ² , sleeping 2 + cot), Double with extra bed (20m ² , sleeping 2 + 1 child 3-11, no cot),  Triple (20m ² , sleeping 3, no cot), quadruple (35m ² , sleeping 4 + cot). All rooms have a furnished balcony (except quadruples which have an unfurnished french balcony).  Some double and triple rooms have sea views (extra cost).

Classic Family Room(40m ² , sleeping minimum 2 adults + 2 children, up 4 adults + 1 child  + cot) 2 rooms connected via an external door, each with en suite shower room and furnished balcony.  

Premium Room(20m ² , sleeping up to 3) similar to the Classic rooms with a furnished balcony overlooking the sea. These can be double rooms (sleeping 2 + cot) or triple rooms (sleeping 3).

Beach Hotel 
Located closer to the beach with its own reception (open in high season only).  Most rooms have balcony with or without sea view, mini fridge with beverages included (not restocking), coffee/tea maker, daily change of beach towels (on request), courtesy set, turndown service and 20% discount on beauty treatments.
Breakfast is served at the Bellevue Restaurant and lunch and / or dinner at the Tavolara Terrace. 

Deluxe Rooms(22m ² , sleeping up 4) double or  triple (2 adults + 1 child 3-11 years), some with sea view (supplement) or Quadruple (sleeping up to 4), all with sea view.

The resort has three restaurants: 

Sos Aranzos(for Classic room guests) is the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers buffet style service with water, soft drinks, beer and house wine from a dispenser included at meals. The buffets cater for those with special diets and  food intolerance with gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and zero km options available as well options for young children.

Tavolara terrace  Reserved for Deluxe room guests offering buffet lunch and dinner on a terrace overlooking the islands.  There is a corner catering for guests requiring gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and zero km options.  Open depending on weather conditions.

Bellevue Restaurant  located in The Beach Hotel with fabulous sea views, it offers a buffet breakfast for Deluxe room guests and an à la carte lunch and dinner menu with water, soft drinks beer and house wine included (bottled drinks) for Deluxe room guests who have booked VOI+ Special Formula.Lunch and dinner is also available to other guests upon reservation with supplement .  Open from 30/05-25/09 (outside of these dates, it will be open only for breakfast for guests in Deluxe rooms).

Bistrot Bellevue(open 10am - midnight)  this bar is close to the Bellevue restaurant, with fabulous views and serves a selection of drinks and cocktails, tasty snacks and light lunches (all extra cost for all guests). The  Pool Bar  (14/06-13/09 open 10am-1pm and 3:30-6:30pm) and VOI Village Bar  (10am-midnight) serve the all-inclusive drinks.  Light lunches, pizza and snacks can be ordered at the bar and served directly on the beach (some items are included for guests on full board or all inclusive, extra cost for those on half board). 

Half Board includes breakfast and dinner with water, soft drinks, beer and house wine from a dispenser at meal times.
All Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks, mineral water, house wine from dispenser and draught beer during meal times plus an open bar from 10am – midnight including soft drinks, mineral water, juices, draught beer, wine, tea, coffee, local liqueurs, spirits and alcoholic cocktails (excluding international brands, ice creams and all beverages in a bottle), ‘sweet and savoury corners’ twice a day. The all inclusive formula will be served  at VOI Village bar (10am-midnight) and at the Pool Bar (10am–1pm and 3:30–6:30pm).

There are 2 freshwater pools, one for relaxation and the other with entertainment, both with terrace and sun loungers and parasols.

The resort is arranged on the hillside with a beautiful white sand beach at the bottom of the hill with clear sea ideal for swimming and snorkelling, sun loungers and parasols (subject to availability, included from third row) and wonderful views across the gulf to Isola Tavolara. There is a free shuttle service from the resort to the beach continuously from 8:30am to 10:30pm. Beach towels are available (deposit €10 per towel and €2 per change).

During the day many sports activities and tournaments take place including football on an astro turf pitch, fitness, gym, aqua aerobics, aerobic training and stretching, Pilates and yoga. There are 2 synthetic tennis courts for free play and tournaments.

From 30/05-25/09 the entertainment team will organise international dancing, musical and cabaret shows in the open-air theatre with sea views, parties and live music nights.

There are beauty treatments and massages available (extra cost) along with boutique, open air theatre, excursions, unattended parking and WiFi in the common areas. A scheduled internal medical service is available (please see restricted dates in resort).

The resort offers a weekly programme of excursions including boat trips to the islands and trips to Porto Cervo, the Costa Smeralda and Tavolara (all extra cost).

In low season (from opening to 29/05 and from 26/09 until closing), the miniclub, tournaments, aquagym, muscle awakening and dance lessons are all available. Please note that shows, musicals and VOI Family services (children's clubs) are not available in this period.

VOI Family (open 30/05-25/09) is a small village dedicated to families with areas and equipment specifically designed for children with comfort and safety. It offers activities for all ages including sports, creative activities and games, assisted by a professional team of staff. There are specific children's menu’s in the restaurant.

Voila Baby Club 0-2 years(from 15/05 to 25/09, to be used under parental supevision) 

• Nursery equipped with steam sterilisers, bottle-warmers, hob, crockery, mixer, fridge, microwave.  Stocked with specific baby products such as veg soup, fresh fruit, meat / fish / fruit, baby food, fresh milk, biscuits, yoghurt, water, fruit juices & nappies. Products are supplied between 11:30am-3:30pm and 6pm-9:30pm whilst the Baby Club is staffed. After hours access without assistance is possible.
• Baby sleeping area with assisstance (11:30am-7:30pm) with baby cots and linen
• Baby Welcome Kit (on reservation with deposit) includes pushchair, baby bath, child toilet seat and bottle warmer
• Babies can’t be left alone, parents must be always supervise
• Babysitting on request (extra cost)

Voila Mini 3-6 years / Voila Kids 7-9 years / Junior Club 10-12 years  (from 30/05 to 25/09, 9:30am - 9:30pm)

• Mini club with a schedule of activities with balance of indoor and outdoor time under the supervision of the VOI childcare team
• Multilingual assistance for different age ranges 9:30am-9:30pm

Situated 14km north of Olbia airport on the Golfo Aranci peninsular between Pittalongu and the town of Golf Aranci with a spectacular coastline with numerous white sand coves and beaches and amazing views of Isola Tavolara.  The surrounding area offers a wide choice of beautiful white sandy beaches such as Cala Moresca, Marinella, Cala Sabina, Bados, Cala Greca and Portisco. From the resort there are magnificent views over the Gulf of Olbia to the dramatic Isola Tavolara beyond.

The small town of Golfo Aranci has a small selection of shops, café bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There is a fisherman's port and fish market and Golfo Aranci is home to the Bottlenose Dolphin Research Institute (dolphin watching excursions available). 

The resort is a 16km scenic drive from both the prestigious marina development of Porto Rotondo with a selection of designer boutiques, stylish cafe bars and restaurants set around the pontoons and 32km from Porto Cervo in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, with beautiful beaches and emerald sea for which Sardinia is renowned.
