Surrounded by a lawned garden with lemon trees and aromatic shrubs, the exclusive Forte Village Villas are set in a secluded corner of the resort.  The villas provide an ideal place to enjoy a holiday in privacy with Sardinian style luxury and the benefit of the use of the many facilities of this world class resort.

Villa Lavinia -   2 bedrooms (215m ² , sleeping up to 4 adults and 2 children) ​ 
A  two storey villa which can be arranged as two separate fully equipped apartments or as a large villa. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a separate shower. A separate living room has comfortable sofas (one being a sofa bed) and doors leading out on to the patio and garden with a private swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with access into the gardens. Stairs and a private lift lead to the first floor that has an open plan bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a living area plus a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a separate shower. The bedroom leads to a sunbathing terrace with partial views of the sea and panoramic views of the rest of the resort.

Villa Lidia -  3 bedrooms  (200m ² , sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
Set in a beautiful private garden with its own pool and jacuzzi, this two storey villa can be arranged in several ways as suites (the ground floor suite will have exclusive use of the pool and gardens) or as a large villa. It has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor accessed via internal or external stairs with a terrace to enjoy beautiful sunsets ), 3 bathrooms (2 of them are en suite) with bath and showers, a living room, a dining room and  fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Chiara   - 4 bedrooms  (272m ² , sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children) 
An  elegant villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with private pool  split into three parts – one for dipping, another for swimming and a third whirlpool area.  The villa’s interior boasts a chic décor, featuring contemporary Sardinian craftsmanship with 4 bedrooms (two on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) all with en suite bath and shower rooms, a living room with sofa bed with views of the garden, a well equipped kitchen and two dining rooms, one indoors and the other outdoors with a barbecue area.

Villa Aurora   - 4 bedrooms (210m ² , sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children)
Situated in a secluded location with panoramic views across the tropical gardens, Villa Aurora features a beautiful 1,000 m ²  private garden and a pool, a  sun deck which in turn becomes an outdoor living room, which leads into the spacious living area of the villa that is split on two levels. The villa has four bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor), five bathrooms (two being en suite) and a living room with separate kitchen.

Villa Sofia -  3 bedrooms (200m ² ,   sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
A luxury villa e mbraced by a 900 m ²  private garden, amid the fresh flowers of the Mediterranean.   Split on two levels, the villa is composed of 3 sumptuous bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. The verandas and pergolas integrate harmoniously with the garden.  From the terrace of the central bedroom are some of the most spectacular views of the resort across lush tropical gardens to the sea.

Villa Yasmine   - 2 bedrooms (120m ² , sleeping up to 4 adults and 2 children)
This villa is an oasis of peace, immersed in a 700 m ²  garden with a pool . It is composed of two sumptuous bedrooms, 3 elegant marble bathrooms each with a bath and shower, a large living room and a kitchen dining room.  Spectacular townhouse windows extend into the living room and open onto a large terrace leading to the gardens, pool and whirlpool.

Villa Margherita  - 4 bedrooms (300m ² , sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children)
Situated in a large private garden (900m ² ) with a pool and sea views from nearly all aspects. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms located on 2 floors, 5 bathrooms with bath and shower, a spectacular open plan living/dining room and kitchen leading onto a beautiful veranda and into the gardens.

Villa Ambra  - 3 bedrooms  (200m ² , sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
On the ground floor is a beautiful open plan living area and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows, 2 sumptuous double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with marble bath and shower. On the first floor there is a further bedroom with a beautiful terrace. From the ground floor, the terrace and pergolas lead into the 700m ² garden with private pool and hydromassage.

Villa Beatrice  - 3 bedrooms (230m ² , sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
This villa has a 500m ² garden and private heated pool and 3 bedrooms including a magnificent master bedroom (located on the ground floor), all with en suite bathrooms, living room, small kitchen and a barbecue area outside. On the first floor where two of the bedrooms are located there are 2 east facing verandas offering breathtaking sea views.

Villa Isabella  - 3 bedrooms (220m ² , sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children)
Set in a fragrant Mediterranean garden with a private pool and magnificent verandas. The two storey, Sardinian style, Villa Isabella is divided into three sumptuous master bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one on the second, all with magnificent bathrooms, a beautiful living room and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and, on the upper floor, a magnificent sea view terrace. Each bedroom has an independent entrances, which offers maximum privacy.

Villa Azzurra  - 3 bedrooms  (294m ² , sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
A colonial-inspired one storey (with some internal steps) villa follows the sinuous profile of its magnificent private pool. The entrance, along a path of palm trees, leads to a covered veranda and then onto a villa which is composed of three units. Next to the three superb master bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, there is a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms, each with an independent entrance, lead onto verandas with large windows offering spectacular views over an immense garden and sea.

Villa Elina  - 3 bedrooms  (250m ² , sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children)
Located at one of the highest points of the resort, this two storey villa has a circular heated pool in a 950m ² private garden. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen with patio doors to the gardens plus 2 bedrooms, one overlooking the courtyard. Upstairs is a master bedroom with terraces overlooking the pool and garden. The villa has four bathrooms.

Villa Mariam  - 4 bedrooms  (320m ² , sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children)
The ultimate in elegance and privacy, this villa has 3 floors and a private garden with a heated swimming pool. On the ground floor is the open plan living area with a kitchen and dining space leading out onto the terraces. There are also 2 sumptuous en suite bedrooms. Upstairs are a further 2 en suite bedrooms each wth a terrace overlooking the garden and pool to the sea beyond.

All guests may dine in their hotel's dedicated restaurant or in any of the other restaurants by making a reservation (supplement may apply).

• Pineta (Bouganville, Le Palme, Il Borgo, Pineta & Castello Bungalow guests):  Atmospheric buffet restaurant set among pine groves, offering daily delights and themed nights featuring traditional dishes. Complimentary mineral water and half bottle of house per person. Open-air restaurant with garden view.
• Cavalieri (Hotel Castello guests): An elegant dining venue with live piano music and a rich hot & cold buffet of Italian and Sardinian specialities, plus homemade desserts.  Elegant indoor dining or al fresco terrace (weather permitting).
• Bellavista (Il Borgo, Pineta & Castello Bungalow guests): Buffet-style restaurant with scenic sea views and a wide selection of traditional Italian and Sardinian dishes made with local produce. 
• Belvedere Rooftop Restaurant (Villa del Parco guests): A gourmet restaurant located on a terrace overlooking the resort, blending Italian creativity with fresh local ingredients. 
• Le Dune (Le Dune guests): A stylish à la carte restaurant with stunning sea views, offering refined takes on Italian classics and Mediterranean cuisine. 
• Forte Grill: Specialises in high-quality grilled meats from Italy, Ireland and Australia, with a wide selection of sides and desserts. Oasis pool view.
• La Terrazza San Domenico: Traditional Italian restaurant serving Romagna cuisine created by the chef, located by the sea.
• La Riviera: A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant celebrating flavours from around the region, with a vibrant menu full of authentic tastes and colours. 
• Rocco Iannone Natural Cuisine: Chef-led restaurant focusing on authentic ingredients and natural flavours, showcasing fresh produce in thoughtfully prepared dishes. 
• Ristorante Cracco: An elegant seaside restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco, balancing tradition and innovation with Mediterranean-centred dishes. 
• Heinz Beck Restaurant: Guest appearances by Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck bring elevated fine dining experiences to the resort (seasonal/extra charge). 
• Children’s Restaurant: Designed especially for younger guests with fun, healthy meals including children's favourites and options for babies. Near the Oasis pools. Open for lunch and dinner. Children must be accompanied by a parent.

Please note: A dress code applies in all restaurants in the evening with no shorts allowed.

• Fish Market: Seafront dining with grilled fresh catch of the day, salads, local cheeses and cured meats — ideal for a relaxed Mediterranean lunch. Open July - beginning of Sept 12.30-14.30.
• Beachcomber: A standout seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, serving freshly grilled fish, pasta and fresh fruit with homemade ice cream. 
• Enjoy Eat Smash&Salads: Perfect for casual lunches, offering healthy, flavourful salads and light meals that highlight fresh local ingredients.

• Pasticceria del Forte: A delightful pastry bar where guests can enjoy exquisite sweet treats, artisanal desserts, and specialty coffees — perfect for a mid-afternoon indulgence. 
• Dune Cocktail Bar: Nestled among the dunes with spectacular sea views, this elegant bar serves expertly crafted cocktails using local ingredients — ideal for sunset drinks or aperitifs. 
• Mordi Storie di Frutta: A health-focused fruit bar offering cold-pressed juices, vibrant smoothies and fresh fruit bowls — refreshing and nutritious after beach or pool time. 
• Bar Bandiere (located in Hotel Castello): Traditional and stylish bar featuring live music in an inviting atmosphere — perfect for evening drinks and classic cocktails. 
• Bar Aqvatica: A laid-back seafront bar ideal for daytime lounging, serving refreshing drinks, juices and light snacks just steps from the beach and sports areas. 
• Oasis Pool Bar: Set by the main pool, this bar offers cool beverages and snacks — a great spot to relax between swims without leaving the water’s edge.

• Cantina del Forte: A refined wine cellar bar with an extensive list of over 380 labels and more than 8,000 bottles, perfect for wine lovers seeking a sophisticated tasting experience. 
• Bar Piazza Luisa: Comfortable sofas and sea views make this a relaxing venue for an evening cocktail or casual drink in the heart of the resort’s social hub.

Please note: All facilities and services are operational at the discretion of the management, particularly in low season. Forte Village operate a credit card system to purchase drinks, activities, services and supplements during your stay to be settled on departure.

The Aquaforte Spa is one of the most up-to-date Thalassotherapy centres in Europe with 6 warm seawater pools at different temperatures and salt concentrations.

There are also saunas, Turkish bath, Techno-gym with personal trainers, massages, holistic and physiotherapy treatments, health and beauty and bar.

Please note: Local cost €105 for 1 admission (90mins), prices available locally for multiple admissions. Guest will need their own medical certificate or it can be issued at the Forte Village medical center (extra cost).

Alternatively, a 300m 2  private spa is available for exclusive use (on reservation, supplement) with a private entrance, 3 Thalasso pools, sauna, hammam, emotional showers, solarium, lounge area and changing rooms. It is possible to have food and drinks served in the private area (extra cost).

The Acquaforte Gym is free of charge. Personal Trainers are extra cost. The Performance Centre (extra cost) is a fitness centre of excellence for professional and amateur sports players who want a personalised training strategy to achieve the best results in terms of muscle balance, personalised improvement in their individual sport and weight loss.

Forte Village Resort is a real paradise for holidays with children. It is the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy a holiday with maximum relaxation for parents and maximum fun for children of all ages.

The  ‘Children's Wonderland’  Mini Club (open daily 9am-1pm and 3pm-6pm) is a fabulous protected oasis near the beach with play parks, shady areas and shallow pools especially designed for children with English speaking staff organising daily activities, games, workshops, shows and competitions. There is a Mario's Village, Barbie™ house, go-kart circuit and a beautiful Fisher-Price® nursery all contained within Children's Wonderland. A variety of activities are available including clay modelling, pizza making, dance and musical instruments. All the staff have been trained and certified by Worldwide Kids.

There is a dedicated children's restaurant where everything is designed for children from the serving times to the menus and from the seats to the tables.

Children will love Leisureland with Circus, bowling and go-karting and the Baia delle Palme pool has an aquapark featuring water games and slides for children and teenagers.

The ‘Children's Wonderland’ Mini Club for 2-12 year olds is complimentary and there is also a Teen Club for 13-17 year olds. The nursery for 0-2 year olds and babysitting services are available on request (local cost).

VIP treatment with bottle of sparkling wine and a basket of fruit, one a la carte meal, one complimentary meal in one of our gourmet restaurants per person per stay and unlimited complimentary entrances to the Acquaforte Spa.

Santa Margherita is situated between Pula and Chia, on a long stretch of coast fringed by pine groves and sheltered by a line of mountains, predominantly undeveloped.

The charming town of Pula is 11km away with colourful streets leading to the central square called Piazza del Popolo, dotted with café bars and shops to taste typical products and discover the beauty of local crafts. In a mix of ancient and modern, Pula offers an interesting array of artisan shops and boutiques and a good selection of pizzerias and restaurants.

Is Molas Golf Course is 10km away and the archaeological site of Nora and Laguna di Nora, a natural marine shelter, are a similar distance.

Cagliari (46km) is Sardinia’s capital city and characterised by colourful medieval architecture, central Castello and atmospheric port with ‘passeggiata’. There are interesting streets lined with shops and restaurants, the National Archaeological Museum, art galleries and monuments tracing the island’s history.

Repeat Guests who have stayed at Forte Village since 2022 will receive €200 resort credit per room for food & beverages and Leisure Land activities (minimum stay 7 nights).
