The Accommodation

1 Bedroom Apartment (35m², sleeping 3/4) located on the ground or first floor are 33 apartments each with garden or sea view. They all have a double room/lounge, separate twin room, shower room and small kitchen (4 ring gas hob, fridge and coffee machine) in an enclosed balcony or terrace.  

Villa (90m², sleeping up to 7) located in the gardens the 6 villas, arranged on 3 floors with a double bedroom, twin room with bunk beds and shower room upstairs, lounge with sofa bed on the ground floor, twin bedroom and kitchenette (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine), plus dining area on the lower ground floor and furnished outdoor terrace.

All the self catering accommodation has air conditioning, Sky TV, WiFi and safe.

The Restaurant & Bars

There is a restaurant where a buffet breakfast (extra cost) is served but can be enjoyed on an outside terrace in high season. A set dinner menu with Sardinian specialities is served inside for guests staying hotel rooms. Self catering guests can use the restaurants on reservation (extra cost).  

There is a beach bar and restaurant (extra cost) with terrace serving snacks, drinks and ice creams throughout the day with after dinner entertainment 7 days a week (18/05-19/10, extra cost). There is another bar near the restaurant and pool for drinks during the day and evening.

The Facilities

There are two freshwater swimming pools, one suitable for children with a water feature. Guests have direct access to Campus beach immediately in front of the hotel gardens, a beautiful 200m beach with opal-coloured sand and clear turquoise sea with complimentary sunbeds and parasols. This beach is part of the Protected Marine Area of Capo Carbonara, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

There are many activities including tennis, table tennis, boules and beach volleyball. There is also boat rental, scuba diving and pedaloes available plus mountain biking and horse riding nearby (all extra cost).

Great for Families

There is a Mini Club for children 4-12 years (18/05-19/10) open 9:30am-12:30pm and 4pm-6pm and again from 9pm-10pm. Children under 4 years old can attend the Mini Club if accompanied by a parent. A Young Club for 12 years+ also operates from 10/06-07/09.

The Local Area

Approximately 51km from Cagliari, Villasimius is situated on the beautiful south coast of Sardinia with refreshingly unspoilt scenery, deserted beaches and very turquoise sea.  

The Cormoran is about 3km from the town of Villasimius which has an array of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and of course gelaterias. Costa Rei is about 15km to the north with a stunning scenic drive to numerous beautiful bays en route.  

There is a restaurant on the beach next to the Cormoran and a pizzeria close by.
