With 73 rooms in the Laguna area main building and an additional 34 rooms in the Oasi area, the spacious guest rooms were refurbished in 2021 and decorated in a contemporary style with high quality ceramics, artwork and soft furnishings.

They all have a private balcony or terrace, some with stunning views over the lagoon to the sea or over the resort and the Mediterranean landscape, en suite bath or shower room, WiFi, satellite TV (with news channels only in English) and safe.

The quality and variety of the food is a real feature and Italian, local and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the 7 different restaurants of the resort. Guests can take advantage of the dine around option in the other Chia Laguna Resort restaurants for dinner, on reservation (some incur a supplement).

For guests staying in Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia there is a buffet style breakfast and à la carte dinner served in the La Terrazza restaurant with sophisticated Mediterranean elegance, al fresco dining terrace with grill and lovely views to the sea or Sa Mesa Sardinia themed restaurant.

La Terrazza Restaurant  (open April – October) for guests staying in the Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, with buffet style breakfast and à la carte dinner of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine on an al fresco dining terrace with grill and lovely views to the sea (on reservation, supplement for all guests except those staying in Conrad Chia Laguna).

Sa Mesa  (open April - October) a delightful restaurant dedicated to Sardinia with Sardinian sppecialities, with a large indoor room and a marvellous outdoor area.

Le Dune Restaurant(open May – October) snack bar and à la carte restaurant near the Duna di Campana beach open for lunch (extra cost) serving pasta, pizza, salads, meat and fish.

Bioaquam Pool Restaurant & Bar(open April – October) serving an à la carte lunch (for Conrad Chia Laguna guests, extra cost) with fresh dishes, salads and special dinners in high season (supplement).

Pizzeria in the Piazza Degli Ulivi  (open May – September) serving an à la carte dinner with traditional Italian pizzas (on reservation, extra cost – guests pay menu prices - for all guests).

Osteria la Torre located in the central Piazza degli Ulivi, for dinner in the extraordinary atmosphere of the square, which offers original shows and performances with a view on the Tower of Chia.

Bimbi Corner for our youngest guests to have lunch or dinner in a fun and playful atmosphere and learn the names of dishes and ingredients prepared with genuine and certified foods.  Located in nearby Chia Laguna Resort Village Hotel.

Bars: There are 8 bars in the resort including a lounge bar, terrace bar, poolside bar, champagne & prosecco bar, cocktail bar, beach bar, and gelateria with fine Italian ice creams.

Chia Laguna offers guests the choice of many sporting facilities for those wishing to be active or the space to relax, for couples and families alike. Reserved for guests of the 5 star Conrad Chia Laguna, the panoramic Bioaquam Pool offers splendid views of the lagoon and the enchanting Bay of Chia to indulge in absolute relaxation and wellbeing on the spacious sun terrace as well as the lounge area and enjoy delectable bites and drinks at the Bioaquam Bar & Restaurant. Also Oasi pool has with sun loungers and parasols for Conrad Chia Laguna guests.

A range of watersports are available from the beach including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and other activities including five-a-side football, tennis and padel (all extra cost).  Guests have free use of the fitness centre open 24/7. E-bikes are available to rent for use inside and outside the resort (advance booking, extra cost).

There are two Beach Clubs: From the hotel reception, the resort operates a private transfer service using elecric golf carts to Monte Cogoni beach, approximately 700m away with sunbeds, parasols and beach kiosk for soft drinks and snacks served to your sunbed. Alternatively guests can use the golf carts or land train from the main resort reception to Dune di Campana beach. A few minutes ride takes you to the edge of the sand dunes with a decked pathway leading to the beautiful white sandy Campana beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. For guests staying in Conrad Chia Laguna there are complimentary reserved sun loungers and parasols (see accommodation for details). Beach towels and showers are also available. Le Dune restaurant and snack bar is open for lunch (extra cost).

After dinner (May - September), guests can enjoy live music entertainment in the piazza whilst visiting the small boutiques, shops and gelateria.

Excursions can be arranged (extra cost) which include local cooking classes, horse riding, quad adventure, jeep tour and coasteering.

There are very good facilities and Children's Clubs (9am-12:30pm, 3pm-5:30pm, May-September) for families with children of all ages:

• Dedicated children’s play area with large children’s pool  (open 10am-12pm, 3pm-5:30pm subject to weather conditions), shaded area, soft play area with toys, games and lots of activities and entertainments
• Complimentary Mini Club (3-6 years), Junior Club (7-12 years) and Adventure Club (13-17 years) with activities (some free, some extra cost)
• Complimentary Baby Welcome Kit (ages 4-35 months) including pushchair, cot, changing table and bottle warming facilities (on request, subject to availability, please ask our Reservations Team for more details)
• Babysitting (on request, extra cost)

The English speaking staff will arrange activities, games, sports and tournaments to keep the children happy and entertained. They will also help at mealtimes in the Bimbi Corner (lunch extra cost). The main restaurants have highchairs and/or booster seats.

The Chia Sport Academies (extra cost)  are led by renowned athletes and champions, who will share their expertise and passion. 
For children and teens there are Academies in Football (5yrs+), others yet to be confirmed for 2026.

From Monday to Friday, there are two hours of group training sessions led by the stars, offering an opportunity to experience the secrets of training, technique, and gameplay that propelled them to greatness. Each participant will receive an exclusive welcome kit, full of memorable keepsakes and a postcard personally signed by the Guest Star, a participation certificate to commemorate their unforgettable experience, and a T-shirt and shorts.

Conrad Spa is centrally located in the resort offering an oasis of relaxation set amidst the beauty of Mediterranean nature. The Bioaquam® Circuit of al fresco spa pools with relaxation areas and outdoor terrace is the perfect way to regenerate mind and body after an active day at the beach. There is also a sauna, Turkish Bath, frigidarium area, whirlpool baths, experience showers and Rasul Bath and refreshing variety of treatments and therapies (extra cost).

The small village of Chia is nearby and Domus de Maria is approximately 7km away. The charming town of Pula with a selection of shops, café bars, pizzerias and restaurants is approximately 20km away.

Stunning scenery with beaches, sand dunes and beautiful lagoons sheltered by mountains surround the hotel with views of the Torre di Chia and the ruins of the Phoenician city of Bithia nearby.
