This classic 4 star hotel is set in manicured gardens leading onto a beautiful white sandy beach, with gently shelving turquoise sea, overlooking Capo Carbonara on the south eastern tip of Sardinia.

The Accommodation


The 57 guest rooms are arranged on 3 floors serviced by a lift. All rooms have either a garden view or panoramic sea view (highly recommended, supplement) from the balcony, en suite shower room with hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar, telephone, WiFi and satellite TV.

The restaurant has an elegant indoor dining room and a shaded outdoor dining terrace with lovely views. The breakfast buffet offers a huge choice and high standard of Mediterranean cuisine and a gourmet dinner with Sardinian specialities and table service is accompanied by a fine wine list. A light lunch is available from the snack bar (extra cost).

This hotel has a truly wonderful position on the most beautiful white sandy beach, which gently shelves into translucent turquoise sea. 

The rooms are traditional in style and some have lovely views over the manicured lawned gardens and sea, which can also be enjoyed from the restaurant and bar terraces. The restaurant is renowned for its very high standard of Mediterranean cuisine with superb buffets and attentive service. 

The Stella Maris is perfect for a relaxing holiday and ideally suited to couples. Due to its location, it is not essential to hire a car for the duration of your stay but just for a day or two to visit the beautiful local area.
