All the rooms have en suite shower room, manual air conditioning, minibar (extra cost), satellite TV, safe, WiFi, hairdryer and terrace or balcony. Cot and highchair on request, extra cost.
The hotel provides a daily buffet breakfast including fresh fruit and pastries. There is a lounge bar offering light lunch options and a happy hour (extra cost).
The elegant Mariposa Lounge Bar servces snacks and aperitifs with an al fresco terrace ‘Corte Blanca’. The internal area has a metropolitan style wine bar with magnificent cellar with a variety of local wines. Outside, by the pool, there is a bar and gazebos to relax and enjoy refreshing drinks, ice creams and a light lunch.
The Ristorante La Corte is situated in the open air courtyard and serves an a la carte menu led by chef Giorgio Ledri (on reservation only, extra cost, open at management's discretion).
There is an outside swimming pool with an area for children (depth 90cm, open May - September) surrounded by lawns and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is a complimentary gym (with weight station, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill and personal trainer on request) with views over the pool and gardens.
Guests have access to a private area on the stunning La Cinta beach with sun loungers and parasols (extra cost, available 15/06-15/09).
The reception is open 24 hours and offers hotel and local information, bike hire, boat rental, beach service and excursions (all on request, all extra cost):
- Shuttle Bus Service to La Cinta beach (3km, day time only) €4.50pp and in the evening to the town is €6.50pp
- Diving and Snorkelling can be organised to experience the amazing translucent sea and uncontaminated flora and fauna of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo (14km) with a variety of marine species
- Golf at Puntaldia (9km) with 9 hole course, driving range and putting green, stretching along the east part of Punta Sabbatino with impressive sea views to the island of Tavolara, clubhouse where guests can rent equipment and there are showers, bar and sports shop

Located 3km from San Teodoro and 25km south of Olbia airport. San Teodoro is a buzzing holiday resort in high season with a selection of shops, café bars, restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias.
On summer evenings there are market stalls to buy typical Sardinian handicrafts in the town piazza or taste Sardinian specialities including local wines and cheeses from the small food shops.
San Teodoro is a popular beach resort with its coastline characterised by numerous white sandy bays with electric turquoise sea, some only reachable by foot:
- The renowned La Cinta beach (5.5km) with beach bar/cafe, sunbeds, parasols and watersports to hire
- Isuledda beach (4km) with small beach bar/cafe, sunbeds, parasols and watersports to hire. Behind Isuledda beach is a lagoon with pink flamingos, herons and wild ducks
- Cala Brandinchi (10km) is another popular beach locally known as 'Tahiti' due to the fine white sand and azure blue sea, with wonderful views of Tavolara island
There is a 9 hole golf course at Punta di L'Aldia (9km) which borders the beach with panoramic views of the Island of Tavolara, horse riding, mountain biking and nature trails at Monti Nieddu, the hills behind San Teodoro.
