The Accommodation

There are 85 modern, stylish guest rooms, some with lovely sea views (highly recommended, extra cost) arranged on 3 floors, serviced by a lift. All the rooms are contemporarily furnished and have a balcony or terrace, en suite shower room (some with bath), air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer and WiFi.

The Restaurants & Bars

Asarena Restaurant with an indoor area and outside terrace overlooking the swimming pool serves a daily buffet breakfast with sweet and savory delecacies.

Asumari Restaurant is the main hotel restaurant open for dinner with à la carte menus and table service offering international and typical Sardinian cuisine accompanied by local wines. 

Zinnibiri Restaurant is located in the hotel gardens with views over the gulf and communal tables. Serving local cuisine using 0km ingredients accompanied by a selection of local wines.

The Pool Bar directly overlooks the swimming pool and at lunchtime offers dishes of the day, snacks, sandwiches and salads to enjoy. 

The Lounge Bar is located in the hotel lobby with a large terrace to enjoy aperitifs at sunset and cocktails until late in the evening with live music on some evenings. 

Any changes to bar and restaurants opening hours and days are at the discretion of the Management.

The Facilities

Situated between the hotel building and the private beach is a large freshwater swimming pool with a terrace surround with sun loungers, parasols and pool towels. There is a poolside snack bar offering drinks and snacks throughout the day (extra cost). 

The private beach is just 30m from the hotel with sunbeds, parasols and beach towels available for guests use. There are watersports available on the beach including pedalos, canoes, small sailing boats, motorised dinghies and sailing, surfing and swimming lessons (all extra cost). The 24 hour hotel reception offers a concierge service, laundry service, mountain bike rental, babysitting, excursions and tennis is also available 300m from the hotel (all extra cost). There is free car parking and WiFi throughout the hotel.

Spa Hotel

The hotel has a Wellness Centre with small indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, jacuzzi, small gym and health and beauty treatments are available (extra cost).

The Local Area

Capo Ceraso is a picturesque headland overlooking the Gulf of Olbia, a quiet location with a lovely white sandy beach with turquoise sea. The closest village to Hotel CalaCuncheddi is Murta Maria, 3.5km from the hotel. There are a few shops, restaurants and café bars and a small supermarket.

Olbia is the nearest large town, 15km north of Capo Ceraso where you will find a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The stunning beaches of Porto Istana and La Cinta (San Teodoro) are within a short drive and there are boat trips out to Isola Tavolara. The Costa Smeralda with a selection of beautiful beaches is 30km away.

Hotel CalaCuncheddi is a great choice for couples or families looking for a beachfront hotel in a picturesque location. 

Just 12km from Olbia airport, the hotel is located in a lovely bay with a pretty private beach. The rooms are spacious and stylish and are complemented by a large swimming pool, 2 restaurants and a spa. 

Car hire is recommended to explore the local area and visit other beaches such as Porto Istana (5km).
