The 2 bedroom terraced villas are accessed via a private drive with two allocated covered parking spaces per villa from which paths lead up to the furnished front terrace and villa entrance. There is an additional terrace to the rear with table and chairs, barbecue, pergola shading and stony garden with Mediterranean shrubs and flowers.
The villas are accessed via sliding patio doors from the front and rear terrace leading into the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen (22.5sqm). The lounge/diner is furnished with sofa, table and chairs and television. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher. A door from the lounge leads to a corridor giving access to 1 double/twin bedroom and 1 twin/triple bedroom. One bedroom overlooks the front terrace and garden with the town and sea beyond, the other overlooks the rear terrace and garden. There is a spacious shower room with wash basin, shower cubicle, WC and bidet.

The Hotel Facilities
The villas are adjacent to Hotel Relax Torreruja where villa guests have the benefit of complimentary use of the 24 hour reception service, large seawater swimming pool and childminding from 4-11 years old (16/06 – 06/09). Guests staying in the villas may also pay to use the spa centre, plus the tennis courts and 5-a-side football pitch locally, dine in the hotel and book excursions including scuba diving and boat trips. All drinks and sundries are paid for locally with a pre-payment card acquired at reception.
Isola Rossa
The Torreruja is located on the headland of Isola Rossa within walking distance of the small town with a selection of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, supermarkets, marina and night market in high season. There is a town beach and Marinedda beach is accessed via a coastal path.
Please note that restaurants, bars and other facilities are open at the discretion of the management.

These attractive terraced villas, enjoying stunning views and sunsets over the town, will suit couples and families looking to relax and spend their holiday in the privacy of their own villa but with the added benefit of the use of hotel facilities.
Aqua Fantasy Waterpark which children will love is situated approximately 1km away. A car is not essential but recommended to see more of the island.
