You can book flight inclusive packages and most of our accommodation and room types are available to book online just click the orange 'Check availability/pricing' button, then select the elements of the holiday that you would like to book/quote and follow the instructions on your screen. It is simple and easy to use and open 24 hours a day.
Please note that if 'Check availability/pricing' is not showing it means that the selected accommodation is not available to book online. Alternatively, you can use the ‘Make an Enquiry’ form at the bottom of each accommodation page to send us an email requesting the accommodation and we will contact you as soon as possible with an answer.

Our Reservations Team are ready and waiting for your call or email to discuss your holiday requirements. They will either point you in the direction of suitable accommodation or answer questions, from personal experience, about the resort you have chosen. They can book all your holiday components including accommodation, ferries and trains, airport transfers, car hire, accommodation upgrades, airport hotels and airport parking in the UK.

When you are ready to book, call the Reservations Team who will note your requirements on our booking system, provide a quotation and check availability. (Please note that calls may be recorded for training and customer service purposes.)

For your convenience, during office hours, our Reservations Team can ‘Call You Back’ when you are ready to make your enquiry or book. To use this facility, select the accommodation that interests you and click on the ‘Call Me Back’ button, type in your telephone number and one of our Reservations Team will call you back as soon as possible. Please note: this service is only available during office hours 10am-5pm, Mon - Fri.

If you have any questions or require further information about any accommodation, to check availability, to enquire about flights, transfers and car hire or to receive a quotation, email us at the above address and our Reservations Team will email you details as soon as possible. (Please note that emails are answered during office hours and we endeavour to reply within 24 hours.)

- A non-refundable deposit of £120 per person plus flight costs (including infants) will confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation invoice and remittance advice by email (or by post on request) detailing any balance due and the date that payment must be made. Please note some accommodation may require a larger deposit in order to confirm the reservation, you will be notified if this is necessary at the time of booking.
- The full balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, then the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. We will email a reminder approximately 9 weeks before departure.
- Please note that we do not send a second invoice when the balance has been paid. If you have not paid the full balance you will be sent a reminder email approximately 9 weeks prior to departure.
- Your Holiday Confirmation Invoice and accommodation voucher(s), transfer or car hire voucher and guidebook will be added to your web portal and app after booking. Information on how to access your web portal and app will be emailed to you at the same time.
- Your travel information, directions, Rep information, accommodation/resort information and local information will be available through your web portal and app.
