The Villas
Built in traditional Sardinian style and tastefully furnished, there are 8 different styles of terraced villa to suit your family or party.
The villas vary in design but they all have furnished terrace, balcony or small garden, en suite shower room to the master bedroom, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher, lounge with satellite TV (only news channels in English) and air conditioning.
Some villas are situated on the same level as the hotel gardens, whilst others are located slightly further up the gentle hillside on middle or upper rows with garden or sea views.
Villa Giglio and Rosmarino are situated either side of Villa Elicriso.

The Hotel Facilities
These terraced villas are situated across the road from the beach and adjacent to the Resort Cala di Falco (p26). Villa guests have the benefit of using the resort facilities which include a freshwater swimming pool and terrace with sunbeds, tennis court, children’s clubs, pool and playground and WiFi in bar/reception area (60 minutes free).
There is a piano bar with live music and entertainment on some evenings and two restaurants where villa guests may reserve a table (extra cost, subject to availability).
The resort reception services are also available to guests at the villas offering safe deposit, excursion information and bookings including boat trips (extra cost) to some of the most beautiful beaches on the outlying islands.
Great for Families
There is a 24 hour nursery with bottle service and complimentary baby club for ages 18 months to 3 years as well as children’s clubs for ages 4 – 13 years from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 3.00pm to 6.30pm, 7 days a week (27/05 – 07/09) with a separate children’s pool and playground area. There is evening child care for children aged 18 months – 5 years from 8.30pm to 11.00pm (20 euros per child per night, dinner not included).
Cannigione
The town has a variety of interesting shops, supermarkets, weekly market, bakery and fishmonger with local produce available for self catering.
Alternatively for eating out, there is a selection of restaurants, pizzerias, café bars and gelaterias (ice cream parlours), to experience Sardinian cuisine and to suit most tastes and budgets.
Cannigione is an ideal location for visiting the nearby Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena islands with beautiful beaches and clear turquoise sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Here you have the choice to relax in the privacy of your villa or by the resort pool.However, don’t miss the opportunity to explore this beautiful area of Sardinia and take a boat trip out to the islands to discover your own deserted beach or cove and to swim and snorkel in the clear turquoise sea. Boat trips and boat hire are available from the marina. In the evening you can either enjoy a drink and a meal in the resort or stroll into town.
Car hire is recommended but not essential
