Pleasure is without limit at Forte Village Resort:

'Around the World in 21 Restaurants' with delicious dishes capable of satisfying the most demanding palate are an irresistible temptation for those who love to try special recipes every day.

The choices for adults and children alike are infinite, from starters of fresh fish, prawns and lobster to main courses, cold cuts, traditional cheeses, meats and salads freshly picked from Sardinian vegetable gardens.

Each Forte Village Resort hotel has its own dedicated restaurant in addition to the other restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine.

All guests may dine in their hotel's dedicated restaurant or in any of the other restaurants by making a reservation (supplement may apply).

Pineta (Bouganville, Le Palme, Il Borgo, Pineta & Castello Bungalow guests):

Atmospheric buffet restaurant set among pine groves, offering daily delights and themed nights featuring traditional dishes. Complimentary mineral water and half bottle of house per person. Open-air restaurant with garden view.

Cavalieri (Hotel Castello guests): An elegant dining venue with live piano music and a rich hot & cold buffet of Italian and Sardinian specialities, plus homemade desserts. Elegant indoor dining or al fresco terrace (weather permitting).

Bellavista (Il Borgo, Pineta & Castello Bungalow guests): Buffet-style restaurant with scenic sea views and a wide selection of traditional Italian and Sardinian dishes made with local produce. 

Belvedere Rooftop Restaurant (Villa del Parco guests): A gourmet restaurant located on a terrace overlooking the resort, blending Italian creativity with fresh local ingredients. 

Le Dune (Le Dune guests): A stylish à la carte restaurant with stunning sea views, offering refined takes on Italian classics and Mediterranean cuisine. 

Forte Grill: Specialises in high-quality grilled meats from Italy, Ireland and Australia, with a wide selection of sides and desserts. Oasis pool view.

La Terrazza San Domenico: Traditional Italian restaurant serving Romagna cuisine created by the chef, located by the sea.

La Riviera: A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant celebrating flavours from around the region, with a vibrant menu full of authentic tastes and colours. 

Rocco Iannone Natural Cuisine: Chef-led restaurant focusing on authentic ingredients and natural flavours, showcasing fresh produce in thoughtfully prepared dishes. 

Ristorante Cracco: An elegant seaside restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco, balancing tradition and innovation with Mediterranean-centred dishes. 

Heinz Beck Restaurant: Guest appearances by Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck bring elevated fine dining experiences to the resort (seasonal/extra charge). 

Children’s Restaurant: Designed especially for younger guests with fun, healthy meals including children's favourites and options for babies. Near the Oasis pools. Open for lunch and dinner. Children must be accompanied by a parent.

Ristorante Brasiliano: A relaxed eatery with freshly spit-roasted meats and grilled favourites ideal for casual or family dining. 

Ristorante Sardo: Celebrating Sardinia’s rich culinary heritage with local pasta, meats, cheeses, desserts and regional wines. 

Indian Restaurant: A culinary journey from the heart of Punjab to contemporary Indian cuisine, blending tradition with creative flair. 

Please note: A dress code applies in all restaurants in the evening with no shorts allowed.

Lunch

Some of the restaurants are open just for lunch (extra cost) near the beach and swimming pools:

Pizzeria: Casual and family-friendly pizza spot featuring classic Italian pizzas, salads and local drinks — perfect after a day by the pool or beach. 

Fish Market: Seafront dining with grilled fresh catch of the day, salads, local cheeses and cured meats — ideal for a relaxed Mediterranean lunch. Open July - beginning of Sept 12.30-14.30.

Beachcomber: A standout seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, serving freshly grilled fish, pasta and fresh fruit with homemade ice cream. 

Enjoy Eat Smash&Salads: Perfect for casual lunches, offering healthy, flavourful salads and light meals that highlight fresh local ingredients.

Bars

There are a selection of different themed bars around the resort including:

Pasticceria del Forte: A delightful pastry bar where guests can enjoy exquisite sweet treats, artisanal desserts, and specialty coffees — perfect for a mid-afternoon indulgence. 

Dune Cocktail Bar: Nestled among the dunes with spectacular sea views, this elegant bar serves expertly crafted cocktails using local ingredients — ideal for sunset drinks or aperitifs. 

Mordi Storie di Frutta: A health-focused fruit bar offering cold-pressed juices, vibrant smoothies and fresh fruit bowls — refreshing and nutritious after beach or pool time. 

Bar Bandiere (located in Hotel Castello): Traditional and stylish bar featuring live music in an inviting atmosphere — perfect for evening drinks and classic cocktails. 

Bar Aqvatica: A laid-back seafront bar ideal for daytime lounging, serving refreshing drinks, juices and light snacks just steps from the beach and sports areas. 

Oasis Pool Bar: Set by the main pool, this bar offers cool beverages and snacks — a great spot to relax between swims without leaving the water’s edge. 

Gelateria: A classic Italian ice-cream parlour near the beach, serving a wide range of delicious gelato flavours — a favourite treat for all ages. 

Tiki Beach: A vibrant tropical-style beach bar where you can enjoy fantastic cocktails and sushi with breathtaking sea views - great for social evenings by the water. 

Wine Bar: Located near the main piazza entrance, this elegant bar offers a curated selection of Italian and international wines, ideal for pre- or post-dinner drinks. 

Cantina del Forte: A refined wine cellar bar with an extensive list of over 380 labels and more than 8,000 bottles, perfect for wine lovers seeking a sophisticated tasting experience. 

Bar Piazza Luisa: Comfortable sofas and sea views make this a relaxing venue for an evening cocktail or casual drink in the heart of the resort’s social hub. 

Tea Room: A tranquil spot inside the spa area serving a selection of teas and herbal infusions, ideal for a quiet break after treatments. 

Dance Club: For lively nights, this bar-club venue offers evening entertainment and dancing well into the night, perfect for guests looking for nightlife without leaving the resort.

Management reserves the right to open, close and modify restaurants and bars during the season without prior notice. Lunch is not included in half board.

Great for Families

Forte Village Resort is a real paradise for holidays with children. It is the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy a holiday with maximum relaxation for parents and maximum fun for children of all ages.

The ‘Children's Wonderland’ Mini Club (open daily 9am-1pm and 3pm-6pm) is a fabulous protected oasis near the beach with play parks, shady areas, shallow pools and a sandy lagoon especially designed for children with English speaking staff organising daily activities, games, workshops, shows and competitions. There is a Mario's Village, Barbie™ house and a beautiful Fisher-Price® nursery all contained within Children's Wonderland. A variety of activities are available including clay modelling, pizza making, dance and musical instruments. All the staff have been trained and certified by Worldwide Kids.

There is a dedicated children's restaurant where everything is designed for children from the serving times to the menus and from the seats to the tables (lunch is available, extra cost).

Children will love Leisureland where they can go bowling and go-karting and the Baia delle Palme pool has an aquapark featuring water games and slides for children and teenagers.

The ‘Children's Wonderland’ Mini Club for 2-12 year olds is complimentary and there is also a Teen Club for 13-17 year olds (July and August only). The nursery for 0-2 year olds (extra cost), babysitting services are on request (about €15 - €20 per hour for up to 3 children) and pushchair hire (€15 per day) is available.

Greener Future

Forte Village has always been strongly committed to sustainable development through the introduction and implementation of a wide range of initiatives in different areas to reduce environmental impact.

Reducing plastic waste, safeguarding the delicate ecosystem with more than 3000 species of plants and flowers found in the resort, decreasing CO2 emissions by utilising efficient and renewable technologies and implementing water reuse and waste recycling programmes are just some of the actions the resort has been implementing.



May 2024 will see the achievement of a very important project, in cooperation with the Italian firm Ogyre Plastic and the network of local fishermen community: the collection of 1000 kg of plastic waste in a year, an active action to help keeping the Sardinian sea clean.
