TRAVEL TO SARDINIA BY AIR
Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean, lying west of the Italian mainland and south of France and Corsica, yet it can be reached by a mere 2 hour flight from the UK.
Flights are priced separately from our accommodation to offer any arrival/departure day and any length of stay (subject to availability) in order to give our customers total flexibility of travel to Sardinia. We can then put together a travel itinerary for you, depending on where you live in the UK, where you are going to stay, how long you wish to go for and the preferred day/date you wish to travel.
For 2008 there are a choice of airlines flying direct to Sardinia (see table below) on various days of the week and from many regional airports within the UK to all 3 airports in Sardinia: Alghero (north west), Olbia (north east) and Cagliari (south). |

TRAVEL TO SARDINIA BY FERRY, CAR OR TRAIN
For those who prefer an alternative to air travel, Just Sardinia can organise ferries for those wishing to travel by road or by rail visiting France and mainland Italy en route.
There are a number of different options to cross the English Channel to France, depending on your location in the UK. There are also many routes available from France and Italy to reach Sardinia. For example: Marseilles to Porto Torres (north west coast), Civitavecchia (Rome) to Golfo Aranci or Olbia (north east coast), and Genova to Porto Torres or Olbia.
Alternatively, there are fast ferries from Nice to Bastia in Corsica and daily ferries from Bonifacio to Santa Teresa, on the northern tip of Sardinia, for a more scenic route!
