The team at Just Sardinia are dedicated to providing a quality and knowledgeable service. They are fully trained not only in customer service but also have in depth personal knowledge of Sardinia.

Most of our accommodation and room types are available to book online.
Go to www.justsardinia.co.uk and select the accommodation you wish to book from our online search on the home page. Then go to the ‘Tool Box’ and click the ‘Book/Quote’ button and select the elements of the holiday that you would like to book. It is simple and easy and open 24 hours a day. (Please note that if the ‘Book/Quote’ button is not showing it means that the selected accommodation is not available to book on line). Alternatively, you can use the ‘Make an Enquiry’ form in the toolbox on each accommodation page to send us an email requesting the accommodation and we will contact you as soon as possible with an answer.

Our Reservations Team are ready and waiting for your call or email to discuss your holiday requirements. They will either point you in the direction of suitable accommodation or answer questions, from personal experience, about the resort you have chosen. They can book all your holiday components including flights, ferries and trains, airport transfers, car hire, travel insurance, accommodation upgrades, airport hotels and airport parking in the UK.

When you are ready to book your holiday, call the Just Sardinia Reservations Team who will note your requirements on our booking system, provide a quotation and check availability. (Please note that calls may be recorded for training and customer service purposes).
If you have any questions or require further information about the accommodation that you wish to book, to check availability, to enquire about flights, transfers, car hire and insurance and to receive a quotation, email us at the above address and our Reservations Team will email you back details as soon as possible. (Please note that emails are answered during office hours and we endeavour to reply within 24 hours).

'Call

For your convenience, during office hours, our Reservations Team can ‘Call You Back’ when you are ready to book. To use this facility, visit our website www.justsardinia.co.uk then select the accommodation that interests you and click on the ‘Call Me Back’ button, type in your telephone number and one of our Reservations Team will call you back as soon as possible. (Please note that this service is only available during office hours 9am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri and 9.30am – 5pm Saturdays).

The Just Sardinia Holiday Collection is available through all independent travel agents. Please contact your local travel agent where you obtained this brochure for more details, a quotation and to book your holiday.
Payment
- A non refundable deposit of £100 per person (including infants) and full payment of certain airline tickets (Ryanair, easyJet and ba.com) will confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation invoice and remittance advice by email (or by post on request) detailing any balance due and the date that payment must be made. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REMINDER IS SENT OUT WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE.
- The full balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, then the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- We accept most major credit cards at a charge of 1.5% per transaction and 2% for American Express. We would therefore encourage customers to pay the balance of their holiday by cheque (made payable to Just Sardinia), Maestro or debit card for which there is no charge, or bankers draft (£15 administration fee from outside of the UK) where possible.
- Your Summary of Booking, Confirmation Invoice and Remittance Advice will be sent out to you shortly after booking by email (or by post on request)
- Your ticket wallet will be sent to by post 2/3 weeks before departure containing remittance receipt, airline tickets (where applicable), accommodation voucher, transfer or car hire voucher and guide book.
- Your travel information & directions, rep information and emergency contact telephone number, accommodation/resort information and local information will be emailed to you (or sent by post on request) at the same time.

Loyalty Discount
As a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation, Just Sardinia would like to offer a 5% discount on accommodation and car hire (NOT transfers, flights or any other holiday component) to all our valued repeat customers since 2004 when booking 7 nights accommodation or more. Just Sardinia have the right to withdraw this offer at any time and must be claimed at the time of booking (ie cannot be added after a booking has been made). The loyalty discount does not apply at the following hotels: Hotel Cervo, Hotel Albaruja, Hotel Pitrizza, Hotel Cala di Volpe, Hotel Romazzino and Sail Sardinia and cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Just Sardinia special or early booking offer. |
