Accommodation Location
The Villa Accommodation
The villa is arranged comfortably over two floors with four bedrooms and two living areas: Downstairs is one of the living areas with satellite TV (news channels only in English), bathroom, master bedroom with French doors opening out onto the outside terrace and a single bedroom. Upstairs has another living area with a balcony, double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room.
The Facilities
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker. French doors access the outside dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Internet access is available at an extra cost of €10 per day or €30 per week (paid locally). Pool towels are available (pre-book, extra cost).
The Pool & Gardens
Accessed through a set of large remote control gates leading to the driveway, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean style gardens, with a 12m x 6m swimming pool inset with hydro massage jets. A large terrace stretches the width of the villa with patio furniture and a barbecue, perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining..

Fertilia & Alghero
Fertilia is situated on the coast and has a few shops, small supermarket, café bars, gelaterias and pizzerias, which are just 4km from the residence. There are also a couple of lovely beaches nearby on the way to Porto Conte.
Alghero is a vibrant Catalan town just 8km from the villa is steeped in history and has something to offer everyone. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias situated around the historic old town with ramparts, character cobbled streets and piazzas. The shops offer the best selection on the island and there is a weekly market with fresh local produce.
The town is fronted by a 5km long white sandy beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. There is a port offering boat hire and boat trips to Capo Caccia and Neptune’s Caves.

This lovely villa is situated in the countryside surrounding Alghero, ideal for a relaxing holiday with peace and quiet, yet within 15 minutes drive of the vibrant town with beautiful long sandy beach.
Every detail has been thought about and planned within the villa, which is well furnished and fully equipped down to an iron and hairdryer.
Within a few minutes walk is the Agriturismo Le Pinnette offering traditional Sardinian cuisine and a Tasting menu, which is highly recommended. Just Sardinia guests receive a 15% discount on the Tasting menu price.
Car hire is essential to access shops, beaches and restaurants.
